In case of a long term national crisis involving vital services being cut, this was useful. Now however, the education level of 'know how' has gone down. I have put together a small scale of real-life 'know-how'</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>-C-3 No real work experience, student or non-specialized worker. Includes couriers, high school and college students (*There is a major exception here: Students with a vocational education, as well as students who have in their extra-curricular time gotten experience, education, or certification for more useful things)</div><div>-C-2: Work experience that provides no real experience in tangible life. Examples include secretaries, Film Directors, actors, and many manegerial jobs</div><div>-C-1:Work experience that provides a benefit to specific areas, but does not help mostly. Examples include game designers (justification, their knowledge (in some cases) of programming can be adapted for better use), web designers, and non-networking non-hardware non defense technology specialists</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>-B-3 People with work experience that would assist a war industry. Experience with home defense or firearms also useful. Examples include engineers, power plant technicians, and other specialized high level professions that involve tangible resources.</div><div>-B-2 People who professionally transport cargo or operate non-stationary machinery. Examples include truck and train drivers, crane operators, and couriers.</div><div>-B-1 Any mechanic or technican that can repair complex machienery.
